Implementing ideas takes a great deal of communication. Communication takes time. Communication takes thought. Communication takes compromise. Communication takes emotions. A home remodeling project is a full-force effort from multiple parties who are expected to clearly communicate while speaking a unique language—the language of architecture.
If you have remodeled before, you know all of this. You know there are a lot of decisions to be made, and you know that you are going to struggle to find time to make this a priority.
As a designer, I know this, too. I know that the decision process is different for everyone. I know that partners work differently to get to common resolutions. I know that speaking the language of architecture is foreign to a lot of people. I also know that seeing outside the box can be difficult and will engage all of the communication requirements listed above: time, thought, compromise, and emotion.

Home remodeling projects don’t happen overnight. They require a lot of time, thought, compromise, and emotional energy. Our hope is that clients get energized by working with us on their projects and excited about the possibilities that come from engaging in the design-build process.
