Melissa has been part of Meadowlark's growth and development for a decade and a half in various positions over the years. Her role as a mother has forced her to become incredibly skillful at scheduling and optimizing the greatest resource: people.
As President of Meadowlark, EOS Integrator, and Enneagram 8 — Melissa enjoys confronting problems to find root causes and opportunities and is deeply invested in how new ideas and processes become habitual.
In her spare time, she loves creating and exploring with her three boys, Ronan, Makai, and Sayer. For fun, she enjoys lifting heavy weights and scheduling long endurance races (and often with her identical twin sister!)
