Safety is Our Priority

We are excited to be back at work on our construction projects in the field, doing what we do best. However; the pandemic has created a new normal for how we conduct ourselves. In order to keep our employees, clients and trade partners safe and healthy we have implemented procedures for every aspect of our business to help mitigate the spread of the coronavirus. These guidelines have been put into place utilizing the directives offered by the Center For Disease Control (CDC) and the Occupational Safety and Health Organization (OSHA).

Client Interaction

For everyone’s safety it is our goal to minimize as much as possible our contact with our clients. While we love spending time with our clients face to face, we understand that this might not be the best time for that to happen. Luckily we have tons of technology that will allow us to still interact digitally. We can video conference, screen share and conference call you instead.

For our clients with remodel or custom home projects underway in the field, please remember that we require you to let your project manager know when your are visiting the site and for you to fill out a Health Survey prior to entering the site. Also, the Health Survey is really easy with the QR code that is easily visible on signage at the job site. This is important for everyone to be completing. In the event that there is a reported case of COVID-19 among our team, associates or clients – it is important for us to be able to know who might have been in the vicinity of that person so that they can monitor their health and quarantine appropriately

Work Environment

We are encouraging those who can work from home to do so. For those who need to come into the office we are practicing procedures outlined by the CDC. We have provided cleaning supplies with bleach, hand soap and hand sanitizers in offices and our job sites. In addition all of our employees and trade partners are required to complete a Health Survey prior to entering a job site or the office.

closed job site criteria

In addition we have implemented the following guidelines:

  • Anyone exhibiting any illness should not report to work
  • Persons must be fever free for 72 hours before reporting back to a job site
  • Request that homeowners don’t visit job sites unless necessary
  • Schedule job sites to have one trade at a time or have trades working in different areas
  • Maintain the social distancing 6′ requirement as much as possible
  • If someone (employee, client or trades) is diagnosed, or has been in proximity to someone who has been diagnosed, please notify us immediately and we will coordinate notifying all other trades, clients and employees in order that appropriate quarantine actions can be taken

Events

All in person events through the end of March have been cancelled. We are moving to virtual events so stay tuned to our Events Page for upcoming Virtual Tours and Webinars.

Customized Solutions

Every home and every project is unique. We understand this is not only a construction site but our client’s home. Our team is prepared to address any concerns or implement additional precautions with the goal of keeping everyone safe.

Please stay in touch

We don’t have crystal ball so right now we can’t predict the future. We anticipate there are going to be some bumps in the road going forward. With open and honest communication we are hopeful that we can help each other through the storm and be stronger together.

Stay safe.
