Our clients purchased this home a few years ago with the intention of making major modifications. However, instead of diving right in after unpacking the moving boxes, they decided to wait and live in the home to see what they loved and loathed about their new digs. What they loved was the wonderful neighborhood and the mid-century vibe of the home. What they loathed was the inefficient use of space and the tiny outdated kitchen.
Working with Meadowlark’s design team, a plan was developed to get rid of the awkward angles of the home to create larger open spaces that readily translate from room to room and allow for lots of natural light to enter while still maintain the unique architectural aesthetic of the original home. The result is a beautiful, functional, and comfortable home that meets our clients’ needs now and far into the future.
